Bummed we can’t give them 100 stars! Cannot say enough good things about SurfaceRenew. It’s hard to find the right person or company while perusing the internet, but I loved the fact that they not only clean things, they BUILD things. It’s not just “a guy” with “a power washer”. We were up against a very specific time frame, and Melissa and Tim totally came through. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of and totally satisfied, which we were! VERY fair price, great service, wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!!

We needed a reliable company for maintenance at one of our multi-family rental properties so we placed calls for estimates to a number of local companies. Except for Surface Renew none of them returned our calls!They met me at our rental within 2 days and gave me an estimate onsite which is extremely helpful when comparing prices. Since the price they quoted was fair I decided to go with them. Both the estimator and the office staff were very professional and kept me up to date with the timing of the job. We contracted with them for cleaning and brightening the gutters, removing pine needles off the roof, cleaning the exterior windows and power washing the siding. All of this was done in one day and the building looks great!!Their billing is online through their Quickbooks software which allows you to pay online if you choose which makes it very easy.All in all I highly suggest you give them a call when looking for a reputable company to do a variety of jobs.....I know I will!

Surface Renew stained my deck a couple of days before my daughter's celebration gathering. The deck had not been stained in years. Surface Renew did an exceptional job on the deck as well as provided awesome personal customer service. This is not some guy with a pressure washer- these are professionals. Phone calls were always promptly returned. Quote was fair considering the time taken, not the cheapest but you don’t want the cheapest when dealing with your property. They worked with my schedule and not theirs and a day was set.Austin and Chris called me 30 mins before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Polite team who walked the property with me and explained what they would be doing and what I expected. Being a typical Michigan Spring morning it was pouring down, cold driving rain. They never stopped, did not take a break until the work was done. I had house wash, gutters cleaned and deck power washed. Very pleased with the results.Austin went above and beyond, very pleased with his professionalism and pride in his work.

This was our first time having a low pressure power washing of our vinyl sided cottage. A cleaning was long overdue!. The whole property was sparkling when they finished. Years of caked-on mold and dirt was 100 gone, even in the window tracks. I was really amazed. We will be calling again in the future. The guys were very knowledgable explaining what was going to be used to wash the house. They showed us as scheduled and did a great job, despite the cold rain.

Communication was very prompt and clear; they did miss one part of our driveway the first time but were prompt coming back out a few days later to take care of it. I typically do all the work around my home myself, including the decks that I hired Surface Renew to seal because I simply did not have the time last year and if I waited another year the job would be bigger due to damage of not resealing the back deck wood. The business is run very professionally. When the owner came out, I told him I was picky and he said that he liked picky people as clients because they know what they want. When I signed the contract he told me to be sure to tell the crew that did the work what I needed to be satisfied - I did - and they did as I asked. I was pleased with the job done and was SO glad it WAS done - one less thing to worry about. And yes I would rehire them and recommend them to others.

Had a great experience with Surface Renew. I had a new deck built on my house and felt overwhelmed with the size of it when it came time to stain. After a year of letting the new wood cure, I gave them a call to quote things. With all the rain we were having during the spring and early summer the work kept having to be pushed back. Their communication was great. Always staying in touch letting me know what was going on and when they hoped to get to it. The deck turned out amazing and I am very happy with the results. Whoever distributed the fliers for this company drove down our road just outside of Cedar Springs,Mi 49319 and just threw the fliers along with a steel clip attached in our driveways. Good way to give people a flat tire and also is littering. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
